No Refund Policy:

• All subscription purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE

• The free version includes:
  • Limited AI tutor interactions
  • Sample lessons from each subject
  • Basic progress tracking features
  • Access to our educational content quality
• By subscribing, you acknowledge having the opportunity to fully test our service
• We encourage thorough use of the free version before making a purchase decision

Exceptions:

We will only process refunds for:

• Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
• Charges occurring after confirmed cancellation
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Complete service outage for more than 72 consecutive hours
• Cases required by applicable law

15. Pre-Purchase Confirmation

• You agree to automatic renewal (cancelable at any time)

• Reminders before automatic renewal
• Notice of any price changes 30 days in advance
• Confirmation when cancellation requests are processed
